Data accessed

With the owner's authorization, the integration may access Gmail messages and metadata, Calendar events, Drive files, Docs, Sheets, Tasks, and Meet records.

How data is used

Google user data is used only to fulfill the owner's requests, organize and summarize the owner's information, and perform operations explicitly requested by the owner.

Processing and storage

OAuth credentials are stored locally in an owner-controlled environment. Content returned by Google services may be processed by the configured AI or model provider and may be retained in owner-controlled session logs. Limited summaries may be posted to an owner-controlled Discord server when needed to fulfill a request.

Sharing

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties for unrelated purposes.

Retention and deletion

The owner can revoke access from Google Account permissions and delete local credentials and session records. Questions or deletion requests can be sent to nishio.haruki21@gmail.com.
